Leica NA2 Precise Level

The Leica NA2 is a universal, automatic level designed by highly experienced surveyors and development engineers to meet all requirements regarding precision, convenience and reliability. This levelling instrument is designed to be used in several surveying applications such as on building sites for routine levelling, in engineering projects and for geodetic control at all levels of accuracy.

Centring the instrument is easy, the circular level only requires being centred approximately to bring the compensator well into its working range of ~30', and so set-up is much faster. The bubble is viewed positively via a pentaprism and is monitored through the eyepiece. The pitch of the smooth running and backlash-free foot screws is such that the bubble can be centred in a very short time.

Even in direct solar radiation, the NA2 automatic level is highly accurate, an umbrella is only necessary when using the instrument for the most precise levelling - unlike previous models.

An advantage of this instrument is that once the bubble is centre, the line of sight is horizontal for all pointings of the telescope. The user therefore no longer needs to complete the time-consuming centring procedure involved with the traditional tubular level, and can focus on the staff readings.

Increase your efficiency and safe time with the fast to set-up Leica NA levels. Use the coarse movement of the focusing knob for rapid setting with minimum turning. The fine movement gives the final touch for a perfect image. To check if the compensator is functioning, simply press the button. This check will take less than a second and gives you a high level of security!
