Davit Arm Tank Entry System - Top Access

The tank entry system is designed to mount to a tank entry hatch with existing studs that are normally used for securing hatch covers. It mounts to flanges on bolt circle diameters from 482mm to 914mm with studs from 12mm to 19mm. The three independently adjustable legs accommodate flange inclinations to a maximum of 45º. The unit can be set up in limited overhead clearances. (Min required: 635mm).

The tank entry system can be fitted with a variety of winches and fall arrest devices. The hire units come standard with a man riding winch and also a secondary fall arrest retriever.

The advanced tank entry system is designed to mount to tank manways with existing hardware for securing hatch covers. It mounts to manway flanges on bolt circle diameters from 19" to 36" (482.5 mm - 914.4 mm), with studs from 1/2" NC to 3/4" (12.7 mm - 19 mm). Three independently adjustable legs accommodate flange inclinations to a maximum of 45 degrees. The unit can be set up in an overhead clearance of only 25" (635 mm). The tank entry system can be fitted with a variety of winches, ladder systems and fall-arrest devices to meet any application requirement.
