On Site Service Assurance

Fully equipped with the latest diagonostic, inspection and calibration systems, our fleet of mobile workshops can go direct to your site anywhere in the UK and Europe to service your safety equipment.

Customers who use the On-Site service discover the benefits of minimising downtime of their safety equipment because it stays on their site.

On-Site also offer a `twilight` service

Developed primarily for customers whose safety equipment is based on a vehicle fleet, for example utility contractors.  On Site can set up their mobile workshop at any customer’s premises ready to receive the safety equipment as and when the vehicles return in the afternoon/evening.  The equipment is then serviced immediately and will be ready to go back on the vehicles for the following morning.  This service ensures absolutely no down time of equipment.

Service Intelligence

In all our workshop facilities major investment has been made to ensure we test, inspect and calibrate with the manufacturers’ latest state of the art computerised diagnostic and calibration equipment.  This also has the benefit of ensuring that the latest stringent manufacturer specifications are adhered to.

No more reams of paper to loose…

Introduced this year is an intelligent calibration and inspection system.  Fully computerised it produces all the calibration and inspection certificate information onto a durable, damage resistant plastic card, similar in size to a credit card. The benefit is all the equipment test information stays with the product and is easily available and clearly visible for inspection on site by both your own staff and other parties.  If you still require paper based copy of the certificate then this is available upon request.
