Return PolicyDELIVERY We will only deliver to mainland United Kingdom. If we receive your order for Goods by 2.00 p.m. on a working day, then we will endeavour to deliver them by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. QUALITY AND RETURNS If you sign for the Goods and discover they are faulty then please notify your local branch immediately with details of your hire contract, product code and description and a brief reason for return. We will then contact you to arrange for a replacement product provided that it is available. No returns will be accepted without obtaining via your local branch a ESS Safeforce authority number. All returned Goods must be received by us in their original packaging. The cost of returns of defective goods will be borne by ESS Safeforce Limited. The cost for any other returns will be borne by the Customer. |
