| Q: What time are you open? |
| A: We are open for 7.30 but we can arrange staff to open early or be on site at a time to suit your needs. |
| Q: What time do you close? |
| A: We close at 5.00pm but will deliver 24 hours a day 7 days a week if need be subject to addition charges. |
| Q: Can someone show me how to use the equipment? |
| A: yes all of our driver technicians are fully trained in the use of the equipment they deliver and offer a free technical handover. |
| Q: Do you deliver and collect or send via a carrier? |
| A: 95% of our deliveries are by our own dedicated fleet of modern sign written, satellite tracked vehicles. |
| Q: Can you supply FOC equipment whilst ours is in for repair/Calibration? |
| A: We can discount your hire by 50% whilst your own equipment is in our workshops |
| Q: Does the equipment come with calibration details? |
| A: Yes your equipment will come with a unique magicard attached to the side of the equipment made of plastic like a credit card which has your full calibration details on it. You will also get a hard copy to file in your site office. |
| Q: Can I contact you out of hours? |
| A: For out of hours service please call 0800 000 346 and this will give you the numbers of those on stand by. |
| Q: Do you sell the equipment? |
| A: All of the equipment is available to purchase. Please call your local depot for prices |
| Q: Can you repair our equipment on site? |
| A: We have a fleet of dedicated state of the art onsite repair vehicles that can repair and calibrate on your site at a time convenient to you. |
| Q: Can you train us? |
| A: We have training centre’s with labyrinths up and down the country so there will be a location near you. |
| Q: How quickly can I get my hire kit delivered? |
| A: We can deliver at a time to suit you and this can sometimes be on the same day you place your order. |
| Q: Where can you deliver to? |
| A: We can deliver to anywhere in Mainland UK either on the site you are working on or at your business premises, we can also deliver overseas, please contact us to discuss this in more detail. |
| Q: What equipment do I need to enter a confined space? |
| A: It can vary depending on the application you are working with but the basic items we recommend for Confined Space entry are - Tripod, gas monitor, Fall arrest retrieval device, torch, 10 min escape set & Harness, but please contact our sales Team on 0800 000 346 to discuss your requirements in more detail.

| A: Please call the Sales Team on 0800 000346 and one of our Regional Account Executives will be more than pleased to help you with your requirements and can also arrange for one of our National Account Managers to visit you at your premises if required. |

| A: You will receive an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and is being dealt with by one of our team members. |
